Valentines Candy Hearts

This Valentine’s Day watch face is inspired by classic candy hearts, combining a playful aesthetic with gentle romance. Each hour, a new sweet message or affirmation appears on the screen, giving the watch face a sense of warmth and variety throughout the day and week.

The design includes Aetnawood’s signature animated second hand, a feature found across many of our watch faces. In this edition, Cupid circles the watch once every minute, adding subtle motion and character without distracting from readability.

The hour and minute hands are designed to meet and form a heart shape twelve times throughout the day at different moments, adding a quiet romantic detail that reveals itself over time. The hour hand features two arrow-shaped veins forming the letter “H,” while the minute hand features three arrow-shaped veins forming the letter “M,” reinforcing the theme through thoughtful, symbolic design.

The layout is centered around the Aetnawood logo, with one customizable complication placed over the logo for quick access to your preferred data. A dedicated tap zone on the date provides easy access to your calendar while keeping the design clean and uncluttered.
